One of my clinet entered an agrement with internet & mobile service provider on mutual terms. The mobile/ Internet charges payable to the service provider on the basis of contract, is TDS Applicable? Plz clarify.

TDS on interent services will not be applicable... You can only claim CENVAT on communication bills...!!!
Telephone/Mobile service providers are generally out of TDS ambit,
What they do is collect service tax from and file their Returns....
