Air Freight charge Rs 100/- without GST
Service Charge Rs 20 + GST
other charges Rs 25+GST
My question is which part of this will attaract TDS ?

You can also waive off gst
TDS will be applicable on composite bill raised by forwarder i.e. Rs. 145.00 @ 2% if forwarder is company otherwise @ 1%.
