Hi, If I am paying commission to an agent, what is the Tds ℅ to be deducted.

Its 5% U/s 194H (Threshold limit for the year is 15,000).
20% if PAN is not available for the payee.
its 5% under section 194H
if PAN Is not available, what is the limit for the year?
Limit will be still 15000/-.
