It will fall under section 195 and rate mentioned there will be applicable.

Could u please confirm me the rate applicable for the commision u/sec 195, as word commision is not mentioned under this section, will it fall under the head other income?

In Section 195 word mentioned is all other sums and thus it will include commission.

Rate of TDS will be 30% + surcharge +Education and higher education cess
TDS on commission is to attracted u/s 195.
