Dear Friends,
If a hotel industry is getting booking thru Travel Agent like makemytrip,cleartrip etc.they are getting commission from hotels against the booking.So how the hotel should dedcut TDS on their commission.because there travel agents are transferring net amount to the hotel after deducting commission.

Check the terms of agreements, they can not retain the entire commission but have to remit the TDS portion.
In case of failure, the hotel has to pay the TDS amount and make my trip will have to book additional income.
