CONTRACT FOR LOADING, SAFE STORAGE IN TANKS AND RAKE LOADING OF CAUSTIC SODA LYE IN IMC FACILITY AT VISAKHAPATNAM PORT.
For providing this facility they are charging Rs.125 PMT for storage
and Rs.45 PMT for loading/unloading
What would be rate of TDS? Whether for rent part it will be u/s 194I and for loading/unloading it will be u/s 194C. Or TDS will be u/s 194C for the whole contract
Please give the reply ASAP with proper sections/circulars.Required urgently
It willbe charged U/s 194C only as Loading /unloading and rent all comes under same agreement.
It involves more than 100 crore transaction.I need full section support and the proper reason or quoting circulars if any.
As rent part is seperately mention so why not TDS u/s 194I . Is their any proper circular
