TDS On Bus Travel Agent Commission

One of my client is Sale of Ticket through E commerce operator e.g. Red Bus. E Commerce operator paid ticket booking amount to my client  after deduction of commission. Whether TDS will be deducted? If yes which section 194C or 194 H or there is any exemption kindly explain.
