Kindly do let me TDS can be refunded by IT Dept. while non profit generated company, if yes then what are the proceddures to get refund of TDS deduction.
Maintenance society does not have Pan number and not have filled any I. T. Return.

TDS can never be refunded to the deductor. Only the deductee can claim it by filing an ITR.
