How much TDS to be deducted for an Invoice Amount of 12 lakhs ?

It is not clear from your side that , is it Contract work given to Contractor or not ?.

It's a one time order given to them not a permanent contract

Should we deduct tds on sand supply by an unregistered person? if yes how much %?

1) In Case of Brochure printing work was given to contractor , then you have deduct TDS @ 1.5% under section 194 C of the Income Tax act 1961 , revised TDS relaxation rate applicable form 14/5/2020 to 31/32021 due to pandemic please confirm from Income Dept web site .

2) Is sand supplier Contractor ?. if yes then same as above deduct TDS @ 1.5% under section 194C of the I.T act .
