TDS on AMC half year bill

We received a contractual amc invoice amounting 45000/- from 01.12.2019 to 30.11.2020. How will we deduct tds on this bill? Please help out.

Deduct TDS on Full value...
Book the expense as per periods and balance will C/f to next FY.

Sandeep 45000/- is full year AMC invoice.

Are you going for 6 month AMC ?

How much you are paying or booking ??

You deduct TDS on booking amount in the accounts.

If you are booking bill for less than 30000/-, there is no TDS requirement.

And you get new bill for that amount only.
