Is there any TDS on Advance taken from patients by hospital authorities? if it is there please tell me the section and threshold limit for it?

TDS on advance payment made by patients is not applicbale.
it is applicable only case of payment made by TPA to hospital vide circular no. Circular No.8/2009 dt. 24.11.09
