tds on advance
if I am giving advance to a individual contractor of Rs. 42000 , what are the TDS implications on it ? pls specific calculations also i.e on which amount TDS shall be calculated. is it inclusive of TDS ?

You need to deduct TDS on Advance payment to Contractor @ 1% on 42000
