Tds notice - interest on late deduction how is it calculated

Hi - Today I received a notice from TDS for defaults - as below

"1. This is to give you a notice that a sum of Rs. 1200.00 (including interest) has been determined to be payable by you in respect of the statement
filed by you as above.
2. The sum has been determined u/s 200A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in respect of the TDS statement as considered above. The brief summary
of sum payable is mentioned as below:"

Details of payment done were - 

TDS Paid - 60000 for payment of 60L towards disbursement to builder

Date of payment to builder - 26-Feb-2016

Date of on which Tax deposited - 7-Mar-2016

Order Pass Date (mentioned in notice) - 11-Mar-2016

 

Can you please help me to understand how they showed outstanding as 2400 (I got 2 notices for one payment 1200 each)

One information I got from TDS site is below - I cannot understand if 7th is the last date of payment - why is there a seperate charge on intrest till 7th then  - see below image
