Regarding TDS for NON residents for FY 2010-11 TDS is not deducted for technical / Professional services, the approx value EUR 50,000/-, (France Vendor) can you let me know the
TDS % rate for NON deductions??

Assuming you are asking about the Interest percentage in case of non deduction.
Its 1% p.m. from the due date of deduction till date of deduction.
