The assesse has deducted Tax at source U/S 194J(1)(ba)for the payment of salary to director!
Can you please guide me for TDS credit?CAn the director be able to take credit of TDS?

Yes the director will be eligible for tax credit to be adjusted from the gross liability of tax for the assesment year, for that purpose view 26AS or obtain form 16A from the deductor. To be eligible for tax credit deductor has to file e-tds return related to the period of tds.
