Our Company is about to purchase Domain Name from a foreign based company. Do we have to deduct TDS in the transaction ?
If yes, then under what section and by what rate ?
If no, then please justify the reason of same.

Providing Domain name shall amount to provision of Technical Service and shall be liable to deduct TDS u/s 194J.
But they are a foreign company.
Doesn't itmake any difference ???
