Friends, I have a query as tds is deducted on 28th feb 2013 and paid on 30 march 2013 therefore please clarify whether is interest is payable for 1 month or 2 months.

As tds has been deducted on 28th Feb, the payment of the same has been made on 30th April
Thus interest on the tds amount has to be calculated for the 2 months.

Though the date of deposit is 30th March, the interest have to be calculate for the 1 months.
