Revise it u/s. 139(5) of the act...

Revise the return and claim TDS refund.
File revised return afap and fill TDS schedule. TDS should match with 26AS statement.
First you will Verify your 26AS Statement TDS Claimed by you is available then you will file your revised Return.
If TDS schedule is filled completely from our side and one of the TDS deductor not submit the TDS than whatever refundable TDS amount will be refunded or put on hold...

Only the amount reflecting in form 26AS::: as flagged 'F' ::: will be available for refund/adjustment against tax liability.

You will said the deductor to file related Quarterly return then only it will appear in 26AS.Otherwise you will not able to claim the refund.
But if Deductor not filed than can we claim/provide information particular with that TDS amount with TAN of Deductor...
But they will issue 143(1) with demand that is You will pay tax for that TDS amount with interest otherwise they will adjust it in your previous or future refund amount.
suppose in 26 AS TDS AVAILABLE RS. 90
AND OUR TDS CLAIMABLE RS 100...
WE PROVIDE INFORMATION OF RS. 10 WITH DEDUCTOR OF TAN...TAX REFUNDABLE RS 100 AFTER TAX LIABILTY...THAN RS 90 WILL BE REFUNDED AND BALANCE 10 WILL BE ON HOLD

OR

WHOLE REFUND WILL BE PUT ON HOLD
No.You will get RS.90/ as refund. It is not possible to claim the balance amount RS.10/ now.If it is available in the next month you have to file Revised Return before 31-03-2020 For Return assessment year is 2019-20(31-03-19).
Can i book/credit interest amount on principal as a whole interest without debiting TDS deductible...as deductor not showed in 26AS

I 101% endorse Dhirajlal Sir.
