1. Yes, it will be treated as income in the hands of GoDaddy as per sec 9(1)(vi) of the act.
2. It is an income that is accrued in India and hence it will be taxable in India.
3. TDS u/s 195 @ 10% need to be deducted. However, if DTAA provides for a lower rate of tax then that rate shall be used for deduction of tax.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.

Ok so we have to deduct tds u/s 195 @ 10% but how is it possible to deduct tds while making payments online through their payment gateway

What if purchase the domain from an Indian Company ? Do we still have to deduct tds and pay gst under rcm?
