TDS FORM 27EQ AND 27Q

Pls help, for filing tds return for subject forms, as new RPU utility added a column no. 667(B) a last one in Annexure I, "WHETHER COLLECTEE OPTING OUT OF TAXATION REGIME U/S 115BAC(1A)". It is mandatory to insert Yes or No.

Same in Form 27Q,
"WHETHER DEDUCTEE OPTING OUT OF TAXATION REGIME U/S 115BAC(1A)".

Whether it relates to TDS Return . ?? or what to do....
