Yes If Gross Total Income Exceeds slab rate.
So if he works for 11 mths also TDS has to be deducted on 6 mths basis?
Sir,If you can plz explain the logic behind it.
My Friend refer section 192 TDS On salary will be deductible on monthly basis.
