Dear Sir,

our's is proprietorship firm, for last finacial year (13-14) everymonth 7th we are paying TDS, but our consultant filed returns on 13th May 2014. now we received a notice from ITO sttaing that late filing fee. sir, pl tell me due dates of TDS filing.

For April to June - 15th July

For July to Sept. - 15th Oct.

For Oct. to Dec. - 15th January

For Jan. to march - 15th May.

(Specifically for march payment of TDS due date is 30th April).
