Can private limited company operating in Facility managemnt industry having turnover approx 35 crores for last FY and having number of corporate clients get the TDS exemption certificate ?
If yes on which basis income tax department issues certificate ? is it a NP percentage or absoulte amount of profit for the last year.
Sir in my opinion you are referring to Form 15-G for not deducting the tax , if i am wrong plz correct me .
Form 15 - G Certificate is not available for a company or a firm .
