TDS return for q4 13-14 form 24q

someone please explain how to correct this error.

Field Name - Whether tax deducted at Higher rate due to non furnishing of PAN by deductee
Record Type - Salary Detail

Error Code & Descripttttion - T-FV-4310 Invalid Value - Allowed value for TDS at higher rate for non furnishing of PAN is "Yes" or "No"

But in the software for tds return it says leave blank for normal deduction.
