But you can download latest RPU (Return Preparation Utility) from TDS website- https://www.tin-nsdl.com/ and prepare the return.

Then validate the return by using latest FVU (File Validation Utility - download it from TDS website).

Then submit the validated file (with .fvu file extension) along with Form 27A.
