Tds discrepancy between form 26as and income tax portal

I had a few FDs in FY2014-15 with a bank. Total TDS amount mentioned in TDS certificates supplied by the bank matches with Form 26AS (assume the amount is Rs. 5000). However, after filing my tax return when I logged into income tax portal, it shows a tax credit mismatch (under My account -> Tax credit mismatch section) for this particular TDS amount deducted by the bank. As per that, the TDS amount is Rs. 4000, while as per bank TDS certificates and also Form 26AS, it's Rs. 5000 (it is what I have filed in my return). What could be the reasons and how do I handle this problem now? Should I simply revise my return using Rs. 4000 as TDS instead of Rs. 5000 currently used rather than investigating this matter OR should I wait until I get intimation 143(1) and demands more tax? I don't want to get into this issue, so I tend to think that I should simply revise the tax return right away by paying an additional tax of a few hundred rupees and assuming that the amount shown by income tax portal is correct one. Please advise.

Thanks in advance.
