Dear All,
What will be the exact date of the Deposit of TDS every Month. Like as Our salary for the Month of April is due on 30th April but we paid the salary on 07th May. Can we deposit TDS 14th May or not? Please urgent reply.

According to me,
Where any payment made which require deduction of TDS, TDs will be deducted on the date of Credit or Actual payment made w.e.earlier
So the salary is CR on the last date of the month irrespective of the date of payment
so TDS should be deposited on 7th of next month & not on 14th as asked by u
