I have a TAN no. and pays rent more then 50000/- per month.
My question is whether I have to deduct tds through my pan no. Or tan no.??
Can I do the same with my TAN also

I think you have to do through PAN
You can deduct TDS for the Rent. And deposit through your TAN, Also TDS return through your TAN.
Shall I deduct whole amount in the last month of payment or should continue the ongoing process which I am following till now I. E at the time. Of paying each month rent??
