I am paying house rent Rs.18500 per month. Please advise if I need to deduct TDS on it.

If you generate income from business or profession, and there was audir u/s 44AB in previous year. You need to deduct TDS.
IF YOU OWN BUSINESS THEN U DEUCT BUT IF U R A SALARIED PERSON HOW E U WILL FILE TDS DEDUCTED YOU WILL AY TO INCOME TAX!
