Dear Sir,

I have a query with respect to TDS Deduction for NRI at the time of Sale of Property Based in India. I am property consultant & i have a NRI Client who is looking forward to sell his Delhi property worth Rs. 1.30 Cr.

My Client has Pan Card & also he is filing the ITR's in India. I wanted to know how much TDS, Buyer will deduct from the Total Sales Consideration Value and kindly let me know the procedure if we can get TAX -EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE, under Section 195 of the Income Tax Act.

Please Suggest on this. Will anyone you able to provide the Tax Exemption Certificate for my NRI Buyer.

Thanks, Gaurav Marwah Mob : +91-8802024777

Section 195 shall apply for TDS deduction and not 194-IA
