TDS deduction by the e-commerce participants

If TDS is deducted by the e-commerce seller like amazon, Flipkart of the E-commerce participants under sec 194O. whether the e-commerce participants is also required to deduct TDS of e-commerce seller under sec 194-C/194H or any other sections on tax invoice

The e-commerce sellers must deduct TDS on the commission or other charges paid u/s 194C/194H.

E-commerce sellers listed on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc., have to download monthly reports for filing their TDS or GST returns from their seller portal. They can download a statement from their e-commerce seller portal, which will let them know their TDS liability for the previous month.

You have to pay that TDS and file your TDS return accordingly.
