Is there any seperate registration required for E commerce operator . I have listed my own product on my web site and sell to customer. Do I require any seperate registration under GST. Presently i am a regular tax payer registration under GST

No separate registration required for selling via e-commerce.
No other registration required but being e commerce operator in case you sell products of other sellers also than liability of TCS arises and then registration for the same is required.
But in your case no other registration required
No further compliance required unless labour regulation attracts seperate laws.
