Ye depend karta hai kii jo 4 invoices hai wo eek hii party ko maal deliver krr raha hai ya firr alag alag parties ko... aggr eek hii party ko sab invoices hai toh wo fraud krr raha ha and ussko penalty lagegi bcz actual amount usska 50k above hai jissko ussne divide Kiya hai ...nd yes he needed an e-way bill . secondary aggr invoices alag alag parties ko deliver krrne kii hai then e-way bill is not required
