TDS deduction
Sir, I have a business with two banner ( Naming AB Courier & AB Logistic)both are dealing with logistic. recently I facing a problem to file ITR, that I raise invoices to a co in the banner of AB Courier but they deducting TDS in the name of AB Logistic, Now what I do

different PAN no
If different PAN then Contact Your customer and say to revise the TDS return with Correct PAN which is Your service provided.
both have different PAN NO
You ask the person to revise the Tds from which pan he received services.. And vice versa
Mr Roy this is one of the clarical mistake from your client side because of your organization name, it's almost similar but when the PAN number is different they should do like that. Since they already deducted inform the fact to them for necessary changes in thier data base for future transaction.
