hi, if we received a service bill of amount 8k per month total annual amount is 96000, so tds deduction applicable on it, if it's not cross 1lakh annually.

If such expenses are covered under section 194C, then no need to deduct tax at source.
If it's covered under 94J.
Tax has to be deducted at source u/s 194J
