one of my clients was having two Pan cards he has Surrendered first one which he was using at income tax portal but did not filed ITRs earlier. In past years his TDS is deducted by his company. Now first time for A.y 21-22 he has filed ITR with new active pan.
my question is how TDS can be availed for last pan card in new filing of ITRs. old card now is inactive at portal.

It is easier to say that it's difficult/impossible to claim. You will have to forget it.
Update the new PAN Card in TDS returns and claim it on new PAN Card.
