Dear experts ,

I am a salaried employee in a state govt department . TDS deducted from my salary . I have a FD . I have a agriculture income also . I have given my agriculture land to my brother on lease . every year he gives me 60000 (  average of 15 years ) from last 15 years . Since i was receiving lease income i rarely used my salary income , i also used my agri income to make an fd , i have also received cash gifts from my father , mother and brothers also . I also made an fd with the help of those gift deeds .

Should i file an itr ? What should i do ?

YES, YOU SHOULD FILE YOUR ITR

Yes, Should file your return if ur overall income throughout the year crosses the minimum limit of Rs 2L. In ur case it seems it hs definitely crossed the limit. Thus it is mandatory for u to file ur IT Return.

yes you can file itr -2

Check 26AS. Bank must be deducting TDS from your FD interest. File ITR and claim TDS credit.

Of course you should file return in both the cases where your income exceeds 200000 or not. If your income is less than the limit u will get the refund.
You must fine ITR, IF your income is more thans 200000 including agriculter income.
What about your savings. U must file ITR. Your income above 200000 so its taxable.
Must... You should file the Income tax return, If TDS deducted from your salary. Otherwise you may get 142(1) notice......
you should file itr even income less than 200000/- because the tds has been deducted and if u dont file itr then basis of tds return filed by deductor you would notice under section 142 so file this thanks
