I am a Govt. contractor. In year2008-09, TDS deducted by Govt. department from payments made to me but deposited to wrong PAN and credit is not showing in my account at IT sight.
Though I have TDS certificate hard copy but my refund is not being issued.Pls. tell me how to get my refund.
you have to ask your deductor to rectify the error by revising the e tds return.
