Hi,
1) We are (India) deducting TDS on Technical service for Australia Vendor. Can Australian Company claim TDS credit in their home country Tax return?
2) Right now we are deducting 20% TDS because they dont have PAN No. If they want to apply for PAN Could you please explain me how to apply.
Please advice me.

Hi Ratna,
India has entered into DTAA with Australia. So Australian company would definately get the TDS credit in threir books at the time of Filing of Income Tax returns in Australia.
Secondaly procedure for getting the PAN card is the same as that of other Indian companies as follows :

Australian company had provided consulting services in India and the professional fees have been paid to them after deducting 20 %,They are asking whare have claim tds refund,please give me advise.
