Is there any time limit up to which,a TDS Return may be revised & if yes, up to how many times the same could be revised.

All matter regarding tds credit , sir please tell me? about new rule which intregrated with income tax rule 1962 under tds credit which applicable under income tax rule 1961 of act 199(3) ,act 204c(4) and issued under it act
