Dear All,
F.Y. 17-18 we deducted TDS 2% on Rs.40,000 for designing charges. March 2019(F.Y.18-19) designing charges was Rs.600 which is not crossed the threshold limit. For 600 need to deduct TDS?

Once you have crossed any limit and deducted TDS, then you have to deduct TDS over all the subsequent bills.
