I have rented a tower space on my building since April 2022 and they deducted TDS on my receipts.
I didn't file my ITR for FY 2023-2024.Can I file my beleted ITR before 31st December 2024 for FY 2023-2024 and claim TDS refund and get in bank account?
Yes, you can file the return before 31st December 2024 and will get the refund but you have to pay rs1000 for below 5 laks or rs 5000 for above 5 laks in taxable income

Yes can get tds credit and consequent refund if you file by today
