Tds challan mismatched

I have entered Q1 's date of deduction OF TDS in the tds return of Q2. Now I got demand for that challan amount. And it is shown as overbooked on traces sites and unmatched in conso file. So I want to know , is previous quarter's date reason of challan mismatched?? After correcting the date, will demand be nil??

statement for Q2 2013-14

DATE OF CHALLAN DEPOSIT : 6/7/13

DATE OF DEDUCTION : 28/6/13

CHALLAN AMOUNT : 3400

DEMAND FOR SHORT PAYMENT : 3400+ INTEREST

Dear tarannum, you should first download the justification report from traces and then check the actual reason for such default. Then you have to revise the return for the same to correct these mistakes. After you correct and deposite the same the traces will update it and demand will be setteled for your Q2. I hope this will solve your problem regards

F Y 16-17-Q4 -UNDER THE NIL CHALLAN 4 DEDUCTEES 15G/H FILED.THEN IN AUDIT ONE ANOTHER CHALLAN FILED.
QUESTION IS-IN NIL CHALLANS DEDUCTEES CREDIT AMOUNT REQUIRED 0. ALSO CORRECTION AND FILED BUT RETURN REJECTEDREASON IS-Date of Deposit doesn't lies in same quarter for Unmatched Challan
