Currently TDS of 10% is deducted at source by our clientele. As we are regularly claiming IT refund, we can get a special approval certificate from the IT department for less TDS ( 3 to 4%)deduction. By this way we can reduce the TDS and avoid refund process. Kindly help me with the process to get the certificate or person to get the certificate.

You have to fill form 13 stating last 3 years income and current year projected income. And then income source for you on which tds is deducted.and some other details.
Then submit the same to the assessing officer and if he is satisfied he wil give u certificate u/s 197
