Dear All
Is it necessary to deliver TDS certificate to the parties or it is an option to deliver and mandatory part is that to make available TDS certificate whenever they parties.

the law mandates that the deductor has to furnish the certificate to the deductee.
but the law does not mention the mode of delivery.
