Building Material purchased from N.M.Elanchezhian Window.Total amount of Invoices for year is Rs.788900.Total Payments is Rs.688900.I have a doubt that whether TDS should Deduct on Invoice amt or Payment amt @ 10% undrer sec 194.

It shud be on the invoice amount, as TDS is required to be made at the time of credit or payment whichever is earlier.
