Tds before due date

hi, please tell me the late fee charged on TDS, if we pay TDS today. TDS amount is 2500

Rs.200 per day
Failure to file your TDS returns within the due date will mean that you will be subject to a late filing fee of Rs. 200 per day. The fee will be charged for every day after the due date, until the date on which your return is filed. However, the maximum fees that you will have to pay will be limited to the TDS amount.

It's mean if we pay today we need to deposit 400 with tds

Rs.200 per day is late return filing fees and not late deposit fees. For payment of tds after due date interest is applicable at 1.5% pm from the date of deduction.
