TDS will be applicable or not for Accrued Expenses like monthly Rent, Security Charges, Interests etc?

yes it will be, if you following accrual basis if accounying. as TDS needs to be made at the time of credit or payment whichever is earlier
But, we are taking assumptions value only due to not available of invoices
why exp like monthly rent, security charges and interest would differ from month to month. I believe these wud remain fix and TDS needs to be made on these. for other exp where TDS is not applicable then need not worry for those
