Since its a commission so it will be liable to TDS u/s 194H and tax will be deducted @ 10% if transacation in one financial year is more than 15,000/-

The company has an agrrement with that travel agency that any type of travel related booking will be done by that 3rd party agency.

If its a contract then Limit is if transaction is more than 30,000 a year then 10% TDS applicable.
So what will be the final answer 194C ya 194H ?
Ruchi : Rs.30000 is per transaction limit and Rs.100000 is total limit in 194C .

Yes limits are 30,000 and 100,000.
You can deduct TDS
@ 1% in case of contractor is Individual or HUF entity
@ 2% in case of other entity
TDS applicable if
Single Bill value above 30,000.00 or 1,00,000.00 in aggregate
