Monthly Hire Charges Rs.35000/- P.M. and Vendor has submitted PAN No.

TDS PROVISIONS WILL BE ATTRACTED ON YOU YOU IF YOU PAY MORE THAN 180000 AS RENT IN A FINANCIAL YEAR IT MEANS IF YOU PAY MORE THAN RS 15000 MONTHLY YOU HAVE TO DEDUCTED TDS US 194 I @ 2% ON WHOLE PAYMENT YOU DONE IN A FINANCIAL YEAR
